Administrative Daycare Director

A daycare leadership role focused on practical everyday guidance: supporting the team, ensuring the implementation of pedagogical approaches, and collaborating with families. The director is responsible for the daycare's operations, staff, and development, and works visibly in daily life to promote pedagogy and staff well-being. The role includes autonomy in decision-making with regional leadership and support teams, and requires understanding of the daycare as a whole, identifying strengths and development areas, and building smooth daily operations. A background in early childhood education, confident leadership of other staff, pedagogical expertise, and the ability to lead a workforce are required.
