About the role

SATS is seeking a Substitute HR Partner for the Swedish organization to inspire people to be healthier and happier. This is a multifaceted role requiring a driven, experienced, and flexible professional to manage HR areas at all levels. The position is a 100% full-time substitute role for one year with a possibility of extension, starting December 1, 2026. Key responsibilities include driving strategic projects alongside the HR Manager and improving HR functions and processes. This involves developing succession planning and career development, implementing performance management initiatives, and supporting local Learning & Development strategies. The role also covers the development of routines, policies, and system management (e.g., Eletive, SharePoint), conducting negotiations, providing leadership support to managers, and analyzing HR KPIs. Candidates should have experience balancing operational details with overall HR strategy, strong project management skills, and the ability to support managers in employee relations, employment terms, and labor law. Experience in negotiations with trade unions during organizational changes and a deep knowledge of collective agreements are required. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strategic and analytical competence.

Requirements

  • University degree in Personnel Administration or behavioral sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience
  • Experience as an HR Partner or similar role
  • Experience in handling conflicts of interest and negotiations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
  • Ability to support managers in employee relations and labor law issues
  • Experience with trade union negotiations during organizational changes
  • Ability to update policies and employee handbooks
  • Strategic and analytical competence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
