We are looking for a lead supervisor for Ravals day-time activities in Kirkkonummi for a permanent supervisory position. As the lead supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the unit and act as the frontline supervisor in supervisory matters. Ravals day-time activities offer work and daytime activities for adults with disabilities on weekdays. The aim is to support the clients’ participation, functioning, social interaction and wellbeing from their own starting points. About 50 clients attend the activities. Your tasks include: planning, evaluating and developing activities together with the service deputy and staff; supporting service quality and wellbeing of clients; participating in client work when needed; shift planning; cooperation with clients’ relatives, housing units and other networks. The role combines personnel management, development of operations and client work. Clients’ wishes and needs guide the planning. Day-time activities include varied, meaningful and activity-maintaining and development activities planned with the clients. Workplace address: Ravals day-time activities, Hietapellontie 7, 02400 Kirkkonummi Working hours: day work on weekdays, 38 h 15 min per week The position is permanent, probation period 6 months. Qualifications: AMK degree in social and health care, e.g. social service student. In addition, vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act section 48 and health statement regarding tuberculosis under section 55 required. The chosen person must present a criminal record extract for work with elderly and disabled persons before starting employment.
