Job description: The successful candidate will design, coordinate and implement their own research and publish results in high-impact venues. Research scope: The postdoctoral research fellow will develop semiconductor technologies and the relevant knowledge base. Research environment and infrastructure: Tampere University offers an excellent environment for semiconductor integration research, with strong capabilities spanning photonics, chip-level fabrication, advanced packaging, and system-level demonstrators. Access to the System-in-Package Fabrication SiPFAB and broader infrastructure is provided.
