The Chief of Staff Office supports the CEO and leadership team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across priorities. We are looking for a Executive Administrator to support the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role focuses on executive support, coordination, and administrative delivery, helping ensure meetings, communications, and logistics run seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, reliable, and eager to build experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief of Staff - Assist with managing a complex and evolving calendar, ensuring alignment to priorities - Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and confirmations - Support travel planning and basic expense coordination where needed Coordination & Organisation - Support coordination across teams by ensuring information is shared clearly and on time - Maintain simple trackers, action logs, and schedules - Help ensure tasks and deliverables are organised and visible Stakeholder Support - Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business - Work closely with Executive Assistants and team members to ensure alignment - Act as a reliable and responsive point of contact for coordination requests Digital & Ways of Working - Use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) in day-to-day work - Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to support note-taking, summarisation, and drafting - Adopt efficient ways of working and continuously look for small improvements Confidentiality & Professional Standards - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and reliability Your skills and experience Core Skills - Strong organisational and time management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Clear written and verbal communication - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests Working Style - Proactive, dependable, and responsive - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Tools & Digital Skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools - Confidence using digital tools to support productivity (AI experience a plus, not essential) Interpersonal Skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration - Professional approach when working with senior stakeholders - Good judgement and discretion Experience - Experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles - Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment is beneficial but not essential
