Site Supervisor / Work Planner

Site Supervisor / Work Planner at LST Service Oy leads and develops field maintenance operations at the Turku and PK-seutu service hubs. The role involves managing about a 10-person field maintenance team performing maintenance, repairs, and modernization work for customers on land, sea and air, and coordinating with Servicen's electrical machine repair unit. The position requires collaboration with other units within the group and the ability to influence growth and development of the unit. Responsibilities include leading the 10-person electrical and mechanical maintenance team; coordinating and optimizing maintenance resources; ensuring efficient use and availability of spare parts; reporting completed work; ensuring quality and safety and customer experience; building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a relevant education in electrical engineering (technician or engineer), experience in maintenance, understanding of service business dynamics, ability to make independent decisions and solve problems, good written reporting skills, natural leadership as a supervisor, knowledge of project business and bid calculations, fluent Finnish and English, and willingness to travel domestically.
