Head of Segment

Our offering combines deep technology know-how, flexible delivery, fast-moving software and proactive maintenance and lifecycle services. The segment leader will drive the commercial success, growth and development of the customer segment for machine-building (OEM). You will jointly set the segment’s sales targets with the head of sales and marketing, ensure pipeline management, forecast quality and goal attainment, and develop market and competitor understanding in close cooperation with our business units. You will lead a small sales manager in the segment toward ambitious but realistic targets. You will act as owner of key customer relationships and guide strategic account management and new business development. The role includes collaboration with the sales and marketing team, finance, procurement, quality and other internal stakeholders, and you will identify new commercial growth opportunities and develop sales models and ways of working with the sales leader. The position is permanent and full-time. Your site can be in one of Insta Industry’s locations (e.g. Tampere, Vantaa, Raisio, Muurame, Oulu, Kokkola, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Pori, Porvoo). Hybrid work is possible. Travels mainly within Finland and occasionally internationally. Salary comprises monthly pay and annual bonus, determined by your capabilities, experience and expertise.
