Injection Molding Setter

We are seeking mold setters and injection molding setters for a production environment located in Lempäälä. Are you drawn to a practical role in modern industry where you can grow in a skilled team? You will work as part of the production team and are responsible for the smooth start of production cycles and monitoring during production. The role can be tailored to your skills – you can work as a mold setter or as an experienced injection molding setter. Mold setter duties include: - executing mold changes according to the production plan - mounting molds (mechanical + water lines) - moving and controlling molds between storage locations - production documentation and reporting As an experienced injection molding setter you also: - perform mold changes and ensure operation - start production cycles and ensure quality - monitor production and ensure process functionality - identify and resolve disturbances - cooperate with production, maintenance and servicing - document production and report The role offers opportunities to grow and deepen expertise in the injection molding process.
