We are seeking a skilled welder for our client in Orimattila to work on repair, maintenance and inspection tasks for ship and port cranes. The position is permanent and includes occasional travel within Finland and abroad. Welder duties include repair, maintenance and inspection of ship and port cranes, industrial maintenance projects, MIG/MAG and TIG welding, safe operation of welding machines and tools and other production equipment. Requirements include previous welding or metalworking experience, MIG/MAG and TIG welding skills, a careful and proactive work attitude, knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to quality, B-class driving license, Finnish language comprehension for work instructions and safety requirements, valid safety card and hot-work permit. Desirable: relevant education, experience welding stainless steel, aluminum or construction steel, prior experience in machine and metal industry. We offer a varied welder role, opportunities to develop skills and apply welding expertise, a safe and supportive work environment, and a pay range of about 16–22 €/h.
