HR Specialist

We are looking for you HR Specialist to join our enthusiastic and committed team in Vihti's personnel services. You are the person we are looking for if you have a suitable lower university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration) and experience in human resources management and supporting supervisors. We value strong expertise in employment lifecycle tasks, particularly regarding municipal employment and official contracts (especially OVTES). The main duties include supporting and advising supervisors on service relationship matters in accordance with existing guidelines and policies, as well as developing HR processes. The position requires fluent oral and written Finnish language skills. Our HR systems include Populus, Kuntarekry, Timecon, and Titania. The work is independent and requires precision, self-direction, and a systematic approach. Personnel services consist of a three-person HR specialist team, a wellbeing coordinator/occupational safety manager, and a payroll services team. The HR Director leads the personnel services and will act as your supervisor. The position is permanent. The level salary starting August 1st is €3,330.20/month + possible additions according to KVTES. The level salary after October 1st is €3,499.38/month.
