Kodin Kattokumppanit is looking for a Sales Manager to sell roof maintenance in the Pirkanmaa and Uusimaa regions. With this renovation, a metal roof may not need a roof replacement during the lifetime of the entire house. You will therefore be selling a product with high demand and customer satisfaction (4.8/5). Your work consists of actively leading salespeople, teaching the sales process and helping customers. What you will get to do Lead the sales team: You will lead and train your own sales team. You are responsible for ensuring that your team reaches its targets. Sales: You will attend customer meetings with salespeople when needed. During the training period, you will sell and learn the process with your manager and the other Sales Managers. You will have the freedom to develop a successful sales culture for your team in your own way. What is paid Current Sales Managers: currently earn an average of €4,000–€8,000 in a normal month. Pay: Guarantee, commission + bonuses. Monthly salary €2,000. Commission from team sales: €2,000–€5,000 per month. Commission from your own sales: approximately €600–€1,000 per sale.
