Electrical Site Manager - Electrical Contracting

We are looking for an electrical contracting supervisor to join our skilled team and be responsible for tender calculations for varied electrical contracts and their smooth, high-quality delivery in Turku and the surrounding area. You will lead your own projects from work planning through handover. Your duties include: - Tender calculations - Planning, organising, and daily management of electrical contracts - Guiding installers and allocating work tasks - Ensuring site safety and compliance with regulations - Communicating with customers and partners Above all, we hope you are highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. You take responsibility, see things through, and want to develop and succeed together with the company. The role requires relevant education in the electrical field, good technical skills, and the ability to read plans. We also expect you to be organised, able to manage several areas of work, and have strong collaboration skills. Experience in electrical contracting, tender calculations, supervision, or project management, as well as familiarity with tender-calculation software, is considered an advantage.
