Site Manager

The position is for a Site Manager responsible for significant construction projects in Tampere or Pori regions. The role oversees safety, quality, schedule and cost-effective execution, and leads the daily operations on site. Responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, procurements and subcontractors, ensuring smooth cooperation with clients, authorities and other stakeholders, and acting as the on-site supervisor to promote safety culture and compliance with company methods, contract obligations and regulations. The ideal candidate has substantial civil/structural construction experience, a suitable degree in civil engineering, engineering (diplomi-insinööri) or construction management, strong cost control and negotiation skills, and proven leadership ability to motivate and develop teams. Finnish language proficiency and basic English are required, with a proactive, development-minded attitude and willingness to travel within Western Finland as needed.
