Regional Kitchen Master for the Seinäjoki/Vaasa region supporting Attendo kitchen teams to ensure high-quality, nourishing meals prepared with care and professional skill. The role connects practical kitchen know-how with production planning and staff support. You will act as a daily operations mentor and point of contact to help kitchens succeed. This is a full-time, permanent position with weekday mornings schedule; weekends are free. You will work to support Attendo kitchens in Vaasa and Seinäjoki, with home base in Vaasa or Seinäjoki depending on residence. The home base serves as the starting point for travel and defines mileage reimbursement rules. Responsibilities include directing food production and procurement, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency, supporting kitchen teams, reducing waste, maintaining high hygiene and quality standards, building a productive operation with the head cook, onboarding new staff, serving as a reliable liaison between care and kitchens, and ensuring residents receive service when needed. The role reports to the regional kitchen manager.
