We are looking for a sales assistant who loves fashion and enjoys working together to achieve great results. This is a fixed-term employment relationship until 17 January 2027, and the average weekly working time is 10 hours. The work starts by agreement. Your role in our team As a sales assistant at Lindex, you are part of a supportive and committed team that works together to create the best possible experience for our customers. In this role, you will: - Work closely with your colleagues to create memorable customer experiences. - Carry out campaigns and in-store activities with your team in an inspiring way. - Look after products from the time they arrive until they reach satisfied customers. - Keep the store inviting, tidy and visually inspiring. - Be part of a team where everyone supports one another's daily growth. Your love of fashion and ability to prioritise help you work closely with your team and achieve excellent results. You welcome feedback, take initiative in advancing your own development, enjoy learning new things and are happy to use digital tools that help both you and your team move forward. We also hope you have: - Excellent spoken and written Finnish and English. - Confidence using digital tools. - Flexibility to work according to the store's opening hours. - Previous experience in retail and customer service.
