Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Remote supervisor to join a growing operation. The role is suited for someone with experience in remote leadership, remote supervision, and coordinating personnel. The work is mainly remote and in the afternoon focus. Working hours start as hourly, with about 10–40 hours per week depending on the activity scale and staffing needs. As the operation grows, hours may be increased and there is potential to advance to full-time work. The Remote supervisor should be available during agreed times to guide instructors and respond quickly to situations such as illness, need for a substitute, or the supervisor’s support. Tasks include supporting instructors remotely, coordinating shifts and working times, handling absences and substitution arrangements, maintaining the substitute roster, responding to sudden personnel situations, ensuring instructors have timely support, being reachable by phone during agreed times, monitoring workflow, and handling practical personnel matters. The position is mainly remote with afternoon emphasis. Compensation is in line with the G24 pay scale of the Private Social Services sector (SOSTES), according to the duties and hours.
