Caffitella, established in 2008, is the largest private café chain in Central Finland, known for handmade pastries, genuine customer service, and a collaborative spirit. The group operates its own bakery, 15 lunch cafés, and Party Shop. We offer a variety of savory and sweet treats, home-style lunches, dishes, and much more, all baked by hand in our own bakery in Jyväskylä. We employ professionals from café, restaurant, and bakery sectors, and now you have the opportunity to join our growing team. We are seeking a sales assistant for a permanent position at Caffitella Ratina, Tampere. Working hours are about 60 hours per 3 weeks. We are looking for a person who is genuinely interested in customer service and sales, who collaborates smoothly with others and contributes to a warm café culture. Requirements include Hygienic passport, ability to work varied shifts (Mon–Fri 6–21, Sat–Sun 8–20), previous experience in café/restaurant or customer service, interest in sales and target-driven work, and an active, proactive attitude.
