Key Responsibilities: - Business partner Housing Services and lead on HRA finance. - Manage budget setting, forecasting, and monthly financial monitoring. - Support the 30-Year HRA Business Plan and capital programmes. - Provide financial analysis, business cases, and strategic advice. - Monitor rents, service charges, and housing investment budgets. - Identify financial risks, opportunities, and savings. - Support year-end accounts, audit, and statutory reporting.
