About the role As a Quality Control Associate, you are part of the operations team and are in direct contact with drivers, their transport managers, and the Budbee operations team. You are the link between Budbee and our external transport partners and drivers. You ensure that the quality of deliveries remains at a high level and that you train the right drivers to work with us. This role is a combination of monitoring delivery quality, onboarding new drivers, performing quality spot checks, and conducting weekly performance conversations with all transport managers. Furthermore, you work on projects to improve training and communicate new Driver App releases and other updates to the driver fleet. You are the person who knows exactly which buttons to turn to increase quality. You work at our warehouse in Vianen, investigate daily what happened on the routes the previous day, and translate these findings into concrete actions. Key responsibilities - Attending/leading weekly face-to-face quality measurements at the terminal with all transport partners (first, middle, last-mile). - Structuring data and creating an overview of driver quality. - Following up on reports from Traffic Control (TC) regarding situations that occurred during routes. - Training drivers. - Checking if a driver meets the requirements to work for Budbee. - Improving the training process. - Performing spot checks on drivers upon return to the terminal. - Being present during the morning check-in process, assisting, and receiving feedback from drivers. - Rolling out new app improvements (communicating, providing training, drafting emails, and informing couriers). Who are you? - You are easy to approach and open to conversation. You know how to get others on board but dare to make clear agreements when necessary. - You speak and write fluent Dutch. Since you have daily contact with Dutch transport partners and drivers, this is a hard requirement. Additionally, you can communicate well in English. Speaking Arabic is a plus. - You can read data and link concrete actions to it. - You feel at home in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You take responsibility, switch quickly, and maintain an overview. - You don't wait for problems to arise, but signal bottlenecks early and take initiative to solve them. - You are curious, entrepreneurial, and get energy from building a fast-growing organization where there is plenty of room for your own ideas.
