Sales Representative – Vintit Kuntoon

Not everyone has their attic in good condition. That means there is plenty of work for us. We are now looking for new salespeople to join the Vintit Kuntoon team in Tampere! Many Finnish homes still have attic spaces where heat escapes. Vintit Kuntoon helps detached-house residents identify problems early and find solutions that improve energy efficiency, living comfort and the cost-effectiveness of their homes. We are looking for bold and goal-oriented sales representatives who enjoy meeting people and want their own actions to influence their earnings. If you are not afraid to ring doorbells, are willing to start conversations with new people and are comfortable going into attics, you may be the person we are looking for. What does the work involve? The work is active, target-driven door-to-door sales in detached-house areas. Your days consist of meeting customers, assessing their situation and presenting Vintit Kuntoon services. Many detached-house residents do not know how much the condition and insulation of the attic affect a home's energy consumption. Your task is to help customers identify possible areas for improvement and find a solution suited to their home. The role sometimes also includes trade fairs and other events, as well as other direct marketing. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but the most important things are an active attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to meet new people naturally. You will have the team's support from the very beginning! You will receive support from the team from day one! Vintit Kuntoon has developed and refined its sales concept for more than 15 years. During this time, we have built a working model that makes sales as clear, efficient and results-oriented as possible. When you start with us, you will not have to build your own way of working from scratch. You will join an established concept with sales processes, operating models, materials and practices already thought through. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and a training period in which you learn about our services, sales model and best practices for meeting customers. You will also be surrounded by an experienced sales team and sales support, who can provide coaching, advice and help whenever you need it. Although the work is independent, you are never on your own. When is the work done? The best sales happen when customers are at home. That is why work is mainly focused on evenings and weekends.
