Your tasks As our People Operations Lead (m/f/d), you are at the center of our German business and work closely with managers and colleagues to create an excellent employee experience – from recruitment to the entire employee journey. In doing so, you take responsibility for the People Operations area in Germany, without disciplinary leadership responsibility. In the first few months, you will go through comprehensive onboarding together with colleagues in Germany and Denmark, providing you with the knowledge, network and insights you need to feel comfortable in this role. After that, you will take responsibility for your area and work closely with our international People & Culture team. No two days are the same. One day you'll work with managers on personnel planning or performance reviews, the next you'll recruit new colleagues, optimize HR processes or support employees in mastering important milestones in their careers. You translate business requirements into concrete personnel initiatives while ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and consistently. In this position you will: - Drive personnel operations, including payroll, personnel administration, employee documentation and personnel systems. - Support employees with personnel matters, including contract changes, transfers, onboarding, offboarding and labor law issues. - Collaborate with managers and teams and accompany them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. - Coordinate personnel processes, such as performance reviews, salary reviews and manager evaluations. - Recruit new colleagues for our German business – from job advertisements to interviews to hiring. - Improve and simplify personnel processes while ensuring the maintenance of personnel systems and documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have the following requirements: - Experience in a broad HR function, e.g. as an HR Operations employee, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or in a similar position, with practical responsibility for payroll processes and daily personnel administration. - A degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or another relevant field or equivalent qualifications in human resources. - Sound knowledge in the areas of economics and human resources, paired with a comprehensive HR toolkit that allows you to manage payroll processes and HR operations and drive recruitment processes from A to Z. - Experience in the entire employee lifecycle, including HR operations, maintenance of HR systems and support for recruitment processes. - Excellent relationship-building skills and a natural talent for navigating a matrix organization and working effectively with both the operational business and your colleagues from the "People & Culture" area. - Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
