We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a sales manager for new customer acquisition. Hyrworks Oy is strengthening its commercial team and seeking a goal-oriented and energetic sales manager to build new customer flow and support the company's growth. We are looking for a person who enjoys active sales work, finds new opportunities, and wants to influence their own income directly. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop into a top expert in modern B2B sales or for someone with experience in new customer acquisition and a strong desire to win new clients. Your role as a sales manager You will be responsible for opening new customer accounts and growing your sales area. Your work will focus on active new customer acquisition, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions. In your daily tasks: * Identify potential customers and new markets * Contact decision-makers by phone, email, networks, and LinkedIn * Arrange meetings and build trusting customer relationships * Assess customer personnel and business needs * Offer solutions that bring tangible benefits to the customer * Systematically complete sales processes * Be responsible for your own goals and results * Participate in sales development and building new operational models Who is this role suitable for? We are looking for a person with a strong drive and desire to succeed. Previous experience in personnel services or B2B sales is an advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude.
