ERP System Specialist

This vacancy is for a System Specialist responsible for maintaining, developing and ensuring usability of the Oracle NetSuite ERP system as part of Aurilo’s IT function. The role acts as a link between business process owners, end users and system vendors, promoting ERP automation, data quality and effective utilization. Key tasks include system development and change management, defining changes, testing, coordinating development queues and requests, evaluating releases and updates, and maintaining technical documentation. The position also covers usability and support, troubleshooting, user and admin access management, and system settings. The role works in a multi-site, hybrid team and requires occasional travel. The salary range is 4000–5000 €/month, depending on qualifications and experience. You report to the IT leadership, and the workplace can be in any Aurilo office listed (Espoo, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, etc.) with substantial remote work and travel as needed. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, and a university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
