Project Manager, Rosendahl Nextrom Oy, Vantaa We are now looking for an early-career Project Manager for our client Rosendahl Nextrom, a specialist supplier of machinery and equipment. Work type: Staffing assignment Job description As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from order through installation and handover. You will ensure that projects progress according to the agreed schedule and budget while meeting technical requirements and customer expectations. Responsibilities The role includes operational project planning, leading teams and close cooperation with international customers. You will oversee the entire project delivery from order to handover. You will prepare project budgets and schedules and monitor their progress. You will act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. You will lead installation and commissioning activities. You will manage risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure project profitability and monitor payment milestones. You will collect and analyse customer feedback to support continuous improvement. What we are looking for A suitable technical higher-education degree (Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science in Technology). Project management and budgeting skills. Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. The ability to work independently and flexibly under pressure.
