Early Childhood Education Assistant

We are looking for an early childhood education assistant for a group of children aged 2–4 at Norlandia Areena. “Look, I can put on my mittens all by myself! Guess what I managed to write at home yesterday—my name. Today I dared to go down the big slide for the first time.” In your work, you are the person who hears and sees the children and is genuinely present in their everyday lives. You are an early childhood education professional who builds an environment with room for learning, curiosity and doing things together. What do we expect from you? You are a qualified early childhood education assistant who can support children’s growth, play, exploration and discoveries in different everyday situations. You work naturally with the other professionals in your group and with families, and make sure the children’s day proceeds calmly and consistently. You take part in planning and developing activities and take responsibility for ensuring that the day’s situations proceed in a way that suits the children and supports their learning.
