IT Trainer - 10 weeks + ext. - Hybrid, Cannock. On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join them on a brand new IFS rollout. The initial contract will be for 10 weeks and is to start 01/09/2026. This role will be on a hybrid basis. IT Trainer - Key Requirements: Strong facilitation and classroom training experience; Experience delivering systems, technology or operational process training; Confident training field-based, operational or engineering workforces; Ability to manage challenging conversations and resistance to change; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Practical, engaging and adaptable training style; Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology; Experience with ERP, mobile workforce or field-service systems advantageous; IFS experience advantageous but not essential; Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service or maintenance sector experience highly desirable; Comfortable delivering face-to-face training in small workshop groups.
