Payroll Specialist

About the role You will become part of our HR Operations team in Sweden, where we are 11 colleagues who together are responsible for payroll, pension, time reporting, HR data, travel expenses and HR economics. In the role, you work broadly within the payroll area and collaborate closely with the team. You are involved in the payroll process and responsible for selected parts, while you gradually build on your experience and take greater overall responsibility over time. Your tasks - Work with the payroll process and contribute to a quality-assured payroll run - Handle payroll-related matters from employees and managers - Administer certificates and other personnel administration related to payroll - Participate in developing and streamlining our processes and working methods We are looking for you who - Have education in payroll, HR or economics - Have some experience of payroll work - Are confident in working in systems and have an interest in digital solutions (preferably SD Worx) - Communicate fluently in Swedish and English We believe that you are structured, responsible and thrive in a role where you can combine accuracy with service.
