Industrial Assembler

We are now looking for assemblers for our client in Kurikka to manufacture electrotechnical products. This is a full-time job in industrial production, where you will become part of a skilled work community. Previous assembly experience is not necessary, as the most important things are an energetic approach to work and a willingness to learn. Could this be the job for you? As an assembler, you will work on manufacturing various electrotechnical products. Your tasks include positioning and fastening components according to work instructions using different hand tools. The work is series production, with the same work stages repeated. The role suits you if you like clear tasks, enjoy practical work and can maintain careful workmanship through repetitive stages. What do we expect from you? Above all, we are looking for a motivated and proactive employee with a good attitude to work. You are careful, approach tasks energetically and can work as part of day-to-day production. Previous experience in factory, warehouse or manual occupations is an advantage, but you do not need to be an experienced assembler. What matters is that you are willing to learn and commit to your work. The role requires excellent Finnish skills and readiness to work two shifts. What do we offer? We offer you the opportunity to work in industrial production and build your skills through practical work. The job is full-time, 40 hours per week, and is done in two shifts. Pay is at least in accordance with the Technology Industry collective agreement, and your previous skills and professional competence will be taken into account in your pay. The employment is fixed-term and, according to the current estimate, will continue at least until autumn 2027. There is also a possibility of permanent employment after the fixed-term period.
