Greetings from your manager You’ll join a team, which plays a central role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and providing accounting guidance across the organization. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of accounting and reporting topics, from group reporting activities to strategic projects. What you will do Take a leading role in the group consolidation and reporting process and preparation of consolidated financial statements and monthly, interim and annual reports Assess and identify solutions for IFRS-related ad-hoc requests and guide Financial Control teams in accounting and reporting topics Interpret and analyze implications of accounting standards (IFRS and Finnish GAAP) and other regulations Contribute to the development of financial policies and processes as well as updating the group accounting manual Follow up on compliance concerning internal controls Take a leading role in the development of consolidation and reporting processes Contribute to strategic projects Act as a key user in the group’s consolidation system Who you are You have at least a master’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or economics You have 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position with responsibilities in group consolidation and IFRS, or proven track record in other financial accounting areas, such as auditing You have solid knowledge and practical experience of accounting standards (IFRS and Finnish GAAP) You have the ability to manage projects and develop processes independently You have a proactive mindset and analytical problem-solving skills You have excellent communication and collaboration skills You are fluent in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an advantage Experience with SAP and consolidation systems is considered an advantage This is what we offer to you A meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose "We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils".
