At Tosi, we make it fast and secure to connect, visualize and control OT networks and critical infrastructure around the world. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a ServiceNow Administrator & Service Operations Specialist (one role) to help strengthen our Services organization through better processes, data quality, reporting and ServiceNow operations. In this role, you'll combine ServiceNow administration, operational quality improvement and data-driven service development. You'll work closely with Service, Support, Customer Success and leadership teams to improve the way we operate and scale. If you're motivated by continuous improvement, enjoy working with systems and data, and like turning operational challenges into practical solutions, this could be the role for you. Here's a snapshot of what your daily responsibilities would include: - Supporting and continuously improving our ServiceNow environment, - Maintaining reports, dashboards, operational data, and user access structures, - Supporting the adoption of AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow, - Monitoring and improving service quality, process adherence, and operational performance, - Building and maintaining KPI reporting and management dashboards, - Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Services operations, - Supporting data governance, reporting accuracy, and operational transparency, - Collaborating with operational teams, process owners, and external partners to improve service delivery. This role focuses on operational ownership of ServiceNow, including reporting, data quality, process improvement, user support, and adoption. It is not a technical developer or platform engineering role. Besides your own team, you will be supported by 80+ Tosi Team members across the globe. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences. You will report directly to Chief Services Officer Milla Kuosmanen. You might be just the person we're looking for if these describe you: - 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or working with ServiceNow in an operational environment, - Understanding of service management processes such as Incident, change, request and knowledge management, - Experience working with reporting, dashboards, KPIs or operational analytics, - Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills, - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality, - Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders, - Strong English communication skills, - Able to work onsite in our Espoo (Keilaniemi) office at least two days per week, as we believe some of the best collaboration happens face to face, - Experience with AI, automation or operational excellence initiatives is a huge plus. And it's even more awesome if you have: - Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000 or similar service management frameworks, - Experience from SaaS, telecommunications, cybersecurity or managed services environments, - Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation projects. What we'll offer: - A full-time and permanent position, - An exciting role in a growing global technology company, - The opportunity to shape and improve how Services operations scale, - A flexible work environment that values work-life balance, - Competitive compensation and benefits, - A collaborative team where your ideas and initiatives can have real impact.
