Practical Nurse or Final-Year Student (Fixed-Term)

If so, you may be a new member of our team. What does working in home care involve? Our unit provides services delivered to older people in their homes in the Hyvinkää area. Home-care work includes traditional care work, medication, monitoring clients’ condition and well-being, assessing their service needs, and cooperating with their family members. The work involves some travel, so you need a driving licence. We are now looking for practical nurses or students in the final stage of their studies for fixed-term employment until 28 February 2027. Work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found or by agreement. The work is in two shifts, including weekends. What does it take to succeed in the role? You will enjoy the work if you like varied and diverse tasks. In home care, you meet different clients every day and support their ability to manage at home. Home care combines independent work in clients’ homes with teamwork at the units. We value a positive attitude and initiative in our team. We expect you to have a practical nurse qualification or to be in the final stage of your studies. We also expect a commitment to high-quality care for clients. Current LOVe permits are appreciated, but you can also complete them through us if needed. The person selected to work with older people must present the criminal record extract required by law. We encourage you to apply even if you have only recently graduated and still have areas in which to develop your skills. We are happy to advise and guide you in your work, and we support one another. Depending on years of experience, €2,460.27–€2,785.40. The salary stated above consists of the base salary. In addition, time-based shift supplements under the collective agreement are paid.
