Senior People Partner, Non-Tech at Lightning AI (New York, NY) - We are building an AI-native company and looking for a Senior People Partner to embed with our go-to-market and business leaders. You will own high-stakes situations end-to-end, from compensation conversations to exits, while helping business leaders make strong, structured decisions. You will join a small, high-leverage People team where your judgment directly shapes how the company grows. What you'll do includes partnering with senior leaders on org design, leveling, promotions, and compensation; coaching leaders through performance management and role transitions; raising manager capability; partnering with Talent to improve hiring; spotting friction in people processes and building scalable fixes with Legal and Finance. Requirements include 8+ years in People Partnering or HRBP, ability to influence senior leaders on org design and talent decisions, excellent employee-relations judgment, experience with compensation and leveling decisions, and experience with global teams. Nice to have includes SPHR or equivalent, and experience scaling AI-native companies. Salary is $160,000 - $180,000 USD annually, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
