Your ideas become outings – the joy of learning, guided by you!
We are looking for an early childhood education teacher at Touhula Aarrekallio in Vantaa.
For us at Touhula, children and families are close to our hearts. Together with them, we create a happy childhood and a good working life – the most-loved daycare centre, shared by all of us.
We believe early childhood education is one of society’s most important fields of expertise. We want to meet every child, guardian and colleague who comes through the doors of our daycares warmly, respectfully and professionally. We are looking for someone who stands up for childhood and play, and wants to help build high-quality early childhood education and lead pedagogical activities together with the team.
As an early childhood education teacher, you will plan, implement, assess and develop the group’s pedagogical activities together with your team. Through your work, you will create a safe, inspiring learning environment that supports children’s participation and allows each child to grow, learn and develop as a unique individual. You will use your pedagogical expertise and support children’s individual needs as part of a multidisciplinary work community.
We value teachers who are enthusiastic about developing early childhood education, committed to shared goals and able to build open cooperation with children, guardians and colleagues. We hope you bring strong pedagogical thinking, good interaction skills and a genuine desire to create a safe, play-filled and meaningful everyday life for children.

At Touhula Aarrekallio, high-quality early childhood education is built on warm encounters, strong cooperation and genuine care. It matters to us that every child is seen as themselves and every family is treated with respect. We are looking for an early childhood education teacher who wants to strengthen children’s well-being and learning, particularly from the perspective of support. We hope you can identify children’s individual needs, work with different professionals and develop solutions that support every child’s growth and participation.
We value a professional approach that combines expertise, openness and a desire to develop together. Here, people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and thinking things through together. The team values constructive interaction, sharing expertise and a culture in which everyone takes responsibility for shared success. We are not looking for someone perfect, but for an enthusiastic professional who wants to learn, contribute and grow as part of the community.
At Aarrekallio, you will join a work community where joy, humour and working together are part of everyday life. Our success is reflected in children’s joy, families’ trust and a strong sense of community. You will have the support of a present manager, comprehensive induction and colleagues who help and encourage you.
If you are excited by the idea of joining a daycare where high customer satisfaction comes from genuine care, strong pedagogy and good cooperation, we would like to hear from you.
