We are seeking warm, service-minded social workers to work in Meri-Lapland area in home-based family services. Our service mix includes home-based family services, family work, intensified family work, and professional support personnel activities. Your services are planned together with a team supervisor according to your skills and experience. As a social worker in Onni’s professional family services you are the support and help for families in everyday life. You work in families' homes independently according to our service principles. Your duties include for example housekeeping tasks, educational support and guidance, and other family-support activities. Working hours emphasize weekdays, afternoons and early evenings after children return home from daycare and school. You can work part-time or gig-based in a way that best suits your life situation. Our values are friendliness, flexibility and reliability. The team’s 2025 employee satisfaction survey results were good/excellent. We offer thorough onboarding and opportunities to develop professionally. We pay hourly wages according to the private social sector collective agreement based on your years of experience. You must have at least one year of experience working with children. A driver’s license and own car are required. Proficiency in Finnish is required.
