Business Analyst (AI Projects)

We are expanding our analytics team and you will bridge business and artificial intelligence. You translate customer needs into innovative models and help implement data-driven solutions. You start with a deep introduction to our software and support clients in structuring their financial and operational data. Over time your role evolves toward AI & machine learning. What you will do: develop smart models that augment our software, assist in integrating AI into analyses, help clients set up environments, build customer queries on our platform, assist partner-implementors, communicate with users on complex questions, take initiative, expand knowledge, explore how AI can strengthen BrightAnalytics, train/validate ML models, explore prompting & agents, collaborate with engineers to integrate AI solutions into the app and maintain/improve it. Requirements: Master’s in Handelsingenieur – Data Analytics, first work experience not required, interest in AI/IT & Finance, data, SQL, queries, Python and notebooks, strong problem solving, analytical mind, pragmatic hands-on, good Dutch and English, knowledge of BI/CPM tools is a plus.
