We are currently seeking a passionate and visually oriented Beauty Advisor for our client, KIKO Cosmetics, to strengthen the brand presence at our Tampere location. The role combines sales with visual merchandising and customer relationship development. Key tasks include increasing sales of KIKO Cosmetics products, building strong relationships with store managers and staff, restocking and displaying products, supporting in-store marketing campaigns, training staff on KIKO products, and weekly reporting to the KIKO team. Requirements include experience in customer service, sales, and/or visual merchandising, customer-service mindset and a can-do attitude, independent work style and good communication skills, and strong Finnish and English language skills.
