Property Maintenance Worker

Work available in Kajaani as a property maintenance worker! Your duties include varied property maintenance and fault repairs, including those related to water fixtures, heating, ventilation and locks. The work also includes other small repairs in properties. You will independently take care of your own maintenance area, and the job includes on-call duty. The sites are mainly apartment buildings, with some commercial properties as well. You are the person we are looking for if you are responsible, capable of varied work and practical. You can adapt to changing situations and, in addition to problem-solving skills, have the confidence to work independently. It is important to be able to prioritise tasks according to urgency. Suitable education could include training in HVAC. Previous experience in similar duties and/or various maintenance and installation tasks is considered an advantage. The property services collective agreement is used. Work begins by agreement, as soon as possible.
