Restaurant Manager We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our new Rovaniemi unit! The work includes, among other things: Operational responsibility for the unit’s results Supporting staff and helping develop the team through a mentoring approach Reporting to operational management Developing the unit together with the Head Chef Leading the team by example on the front line, including during operational shifts What we hope for from you: At least two years of previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in restaurants with a table-service concept An understanding of financial and restaurant-industry key figures and how they are used to guide daily operations A genuine desire and passion to work as a manager A coaching approach to leading your team Experience handling large group bookings Good English skills What we offer: A full-time contract and a fixed monthly salary. The salary depends on the candidate, with a range of €3,100–€3,500 per month.
