Laser Cutting Operator in Pori Nakkila, Pori, Ulvila Full-time Applications close 8 November 2026 Do you have experience in laser cutting and an interest in varied machine-shop duties? We are looking for a skilled and motivated laser cutting operator for a metal industry company in Pori! Our customer is a long-established Finnish machine shop that manufactures various steel structures and metal industry solutions for the needs of, among others, the construction and industrial sectors. The company combines broad machine-shop expertise, modern equipment and high-quality work. What does the job involve? Your duties mainly consist of laser cutting sheet metal and tubes with a modern combination laser. You will work with different metal materials and produce components for varied customer needs. Careful work, dimensional accuracy and the ability to work independently are emphasised. What do we expect from you? - Previous experience in laser cutting - Knowledge of the metal industry and technical understanding - A careful, proactive and motivated approach to work - Finnish language skills sufficient to perform the work - Readiness to work two shifts - Valid occupational safety and hot work cards We especially value a genuine interest in laser cutting and a desire to develop your skills. The most important things are suitable competence for the role and the right attitude! What do we offer? - Varied, long-term work in the metal industry - The opportunity to work with modern laser-cutting equipment - Pay of approximately €14–17 per hour, depending on your skills and experience - Working hours generally between 7:00 and 16:00, with readiness for two-shift work also required The employment starts as agency work through WorkPower, after which the intention is to transfer you to the customer company’s own workforce.
