We’re on the hunt for an energetic, detail-driven Personal Assistant to powerfully support our cofounder. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your fluency in Mandarin, financial savvy, and basic legal know-how to juggle multiple projects with ease. Flexibility, discretion, and a willingness to travel are paramount, as you’ll tackle a wide range of responsibilities—right down to managing personal tasks like coordinating visiting family members. This position is Singapore / Hong Kong-based to meet our business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Assist in financial management tasks such as expense reporting, budgeting, and liaising with financial advisors. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Coordinate international travel arrangements. - Provide logistical support for both business and personal engagements. - Assist with legal documentation and liaise with legal teams when necessary. - Manage and coordinate family-related tasks, including the needs of visiting parents. - Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and manage tasks in a timely manner. - Provide support for ad hoc tasks and after-hours requests as needed. Qualifications: - Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal). - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives. - Strong financial literacy with the ability to manage budgets and understand financial documents. - Basic legal literacy and the ability to handle legal correspondence. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. - Flexibility to handle after-hours responsibilities and travel when required. - Experience in coordinating personal and family-related tasks. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Previous experience in supporting C-level executives. - Familiarity with the financial or technology sector.
