Responsibilities
- Lead design projects technically alongside the project manager
- Guide and review work of other designers
- Mechanical design of mobile machines and defense industry projects
- Manage technical entities and ensure design quality
- Interact with customers and stakeholders in project contexts
- Hybrid work possible; Tampere office or client sites
Requirements
- Engineering degree or diploma (AMK or Diplom Engineer)
- Several years of experience in design or as a technical expert
- Experience in mechanical design of mobile machinery or complex machines
- Experience in technical leadership of design projects or aspiration to take responsibilities of chief designer
- Strong 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks or NX)
- Ability to understand complex systems and drive design decisions
- Good collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English
