We are seeking an experienced and proactive VILP installer / Nokkamies to join the team operating in Southern Finland. In this role you will be responsible for high-quality installation and commissioning of water–air source heat pump systems (VILP), lead on-site installation teams as a foreman, and provide technical support to the sales team. There is a strong growth path within our VILP business; starting as a foreman, with potential to advance to team lead or other roles as results and business growth allow. Location: Southern Finland (office and primary work area determined by agreement with the selected person). Responsibilities include: high-quality installation and commissioning of VILP systems; directing the installation team and acting as foreman at sites; providing technical support to sales (e.g., technical site inspections for demanding projects and verifications); customer service and operating training for users; readiness to take on more responsibility in leading teams and improving operations later. Requirements: previous experience with VILP/ILP or HVAC installations; relevant field education (e.g., HVAC or electrical installer); willingness to grow into more responsible roles; fluent Finnish and strong communication skills; B driving license; autonomous, proactive and responsible approach to work.
