Our client company has long operated in the stable property and environmental services sector in Pirkanmaa. The company offers a wide range of property maintenance and cleaning services and is responsible for year-round upkeep of various yard and traffic areas. The company has decades of experience, with strengths in practical execution, strong local knowledge and a versatile and up-to-date fleet. They employ many machines suitable for property maintenance tasks and special vehicles. We are now seeking a new member for the autumn/winter peak season with the title Kiinteistönhoitaja / koneenkuljettaja Tampereelle. In this role you will perform a broad range of indoor and outdoor property maintenance tasks and seasonal machine-based snow clearing. You should be capable of handling typical property maintenance tasks and it would be an advantage to have experience or a willingness to learn to operate Wille wheel loader. A thorough orientation will be provided. Your duties include: property maintenance and upkeep tasks, machine-based snow work and other winter maintenance, Wille wheel loader operation, yard area cleaning and care, gritting and other outdoor maintenance, occasional maintenance tasks such as opening drains and doors, and on-call shifts as part of the on-call rotation, so readiness for shift work is required. Requirements include a driving license, some experience with work machine operation (e.g., Wille), some indoor property maintenance experience, a proactive and independent work attitude, customer focus, reliability and ability to handle assigned tasks independently, and willingness to participate in on-call duty.
