Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical interfaces and support supplier evaluations, design reviews, project execution, and site-related activities
- Prepare and review SLDs, technical specifications, RFQs, calculations, drawings, and supplier documentation
- Participate in project execution and site activities related to MV design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across department to ensure quality and compliance
- Support the transition of designs to manufacturing and site deployment
Requirements
- Strong electrical substation design experience
- Experience with MV equipment such as reactors, resistors, capacitors/capacitor banks, busbars, pre-charge circuits, surge arresters, insulators, transformers, circuit breakers, and disconnectors
- Ability to prepare and review SLDs, specifications, RFQs, calculations, drawings, and supplier documentation
- Power transmission, substation, FACTS, HVDC, renewable energy, EPC, or industrial electrical engineering background preferred
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- Seniority: Senior or Lead Engineer
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent English
