Marine insulation installer

We are seeking skilled insulation installers and industrial insulators for shipbuilding and shipyard industry projects in Finland. The work includes diverse ship insulation tasks, such as thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire insulation. The work is carried out in ship interiors, technical spaces and various structures. Key duties: - Insulating ship walls, interior walls, partitions and ceilings. - Insulating ship piping and ventilation ducts. - Insulating technical spaces, engine rooms and other ship structures. - Installing thermal, sound and fire insulation materials. - Measuring, cutting, fitting and fastening mineral wool and other insulation materials. - Preparing insulation structures and carrying out installation work. - Working in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. - Inspecting and finishing the quality of insulation work. Applicants are required to have previous experience in insulation or installation work, good work motivation, care and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in shipyards or the shipbuilding industry is considered an advantage. The work is performed in shipyard conditions in compliance with occupational safety regulations.
