We are now seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to strengthen the Power Grids project organisation on the path of growth. As project manager you will be responsible for delivering demanding customer projects from order to deployment in an international electrical grid industry environment. You will lead schedules, budgets, resources and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring successful delivery aligned with customer and business goals. All our work is guided by quality and precise identification of customer needs, so every project is tailored to the customers. In this role you will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal experts, and you will be responsible for project documentation, reporting, commissioning coordination and customer support. The role also offers the opportunity to participate in product development projects and to grow your skills in a variety of technical project contexts. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a project management professional with a technical background and experience in delivering demanding industrial projects in an international environment. You should be able to manage large, complex scopes, make decisions in changing situations and ensure projects progress according to targets, schedules and budgets. You communicate fluently in English and operate in a customer-facing capacity, facilitating project meetings. You succeed when you work proactively, systematically and with a solution‑oriented mindset. You are a responsible person who drives things forward, identifies development opportunities and fosters collaboration to ensure project success. We value strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel as needed by project requirements. A technical background in electrical or automation engineering and experience with large industrial projects provide a solid foundation for success in this role. Why Adwatec?
