We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client Sim Finland Oy, on a fixed-term substitute until the end of 2026, in Tampere, Finland. Sim Finland Oy manufactures Scandinavian cosmetics from clean ingredients in its own factory, powered by solar energy. The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a variety of warehouse tasks and also lead the daily work of the warehouse team, including unloading and loading goods, picking and packing shipments, internal transfers, shelving, logging receptions, inventory, delivering components to production lines, and supervising the warehouse crew as well as customer service. The candidate must be able to act quickly in changing situations, take initiative, and remain organized under pressure. We expect prior experience in diverse warehouse tasks, experience with forklift trucks and pallet trucks, experience in supervisory work or directing others, good cooperation and customer service and problem-solving skills, fluent communication in Finnish and English, good computer skills, good physical condition and a positive attitude.
