About the role

K-Group is looking for an HR specialist for a permanent position in Vantaa. In this job, you will develop your skills in pre-payroll and support supervisors in HR matters. Our area of responsibility is Kesko's grocery retail logistics unit. You will join a competent 5-person team whose task is the strictly scheduled processing of payroll data before delivering the material to payroll. The work includes, among other things, checking and processing time stamps, recording and clarifying absences, maintaining personal data and HR advice for supervisors. Payroll expertise is emphasized in the position. We work in a hybrid work model. At the beginning of the employment relationship, orientation is mainly on-site work. To succeed in the position, we require from you: - Experience in payroll, and you are not foreign to routines - Knowledge of labor legislation and the Retail Collective Agreement - Ability to withstand pressure and the ability to carry out strictly scheduled processes - Accuracy, reliability and care in handling confidential information - Very good Finnish language skills - You use HR systems fluently and are used to handling data - Office program skills You are the person we are looking for if you are proactive, have customer service skills and have a positive attitude towards, for example, accuracy-demanding recording and checking work related to time tracking.
