Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic sales representative to join Ole Huoletta Oy’s growing team. You enjoy meeting people, want to influence your own earnings, and are motivated by achieving targets. You will not be selling irrelevant products; you will help homeowners identify maintenance needs in time and offer solutions that prevent expensive damages and preserve home value. Your work covers the entire sales process from meeting potential customers to closing deals. It is active, mobile field sales with days spent contacting new customers by phone and door-to-door, conducting maintenance inspections, and offering solutions tailored to customers’ real needs. The inspection covers aspects such as roof, drainage, facade, ventilation and wet rooms. Based on the inspection you prepare a clear proposal for the required maintenance actions. The job includes active new customer acquisition and cold calling, but you are not dependent on them alone. You will also receive ready-made customer leads produced by olehuoletta.fi marketing to help you build your sales more efficiently. Your earnings consist of base salary and your own activity and sales results; the more you succeed, the more you earn. There is no upper limit.
