Lead Designer

Lead designer for highway and road design, delivering national-scale road schemes and coordinating multi-disciplinary design efforts across projects nationwide. You will be responsible for road and construction design planning, integration of different engineering disciplines, and advancing designs with the project team. The role requires a broad view and strong collaboration with various design disciplines; you will work with a team of over 450 professionals across Finland. The day-to-day work focuses on highway alignment, coordination of solutions across disciplines, and active participation in bid preparation and quality assurance aspects. A background in road project design and a holistic understanding of infrastructure projects is expected.
